You set the job's grid
The criteria (degree, experience, languages, city, availability, salary expectations, driving licence), their weight, what rules a candidate out, and the questions to ask each candidate.
Candidates apply
On WhatsApp with the job code, or by e-mail to your recruitment inbox. Nsahni informs them, asks for their consent, reads the CV (PDF, photo or Word) and asks the job's questions, in their language.
You get the podium
The strongest profiles against your criteria, the reason in two lines and what to check at interview. Incomplete applications get one reminder. Excel export. You decide.
What it does, and what it never does
A tool that sorts people should state its limits. Here they are, also written into its instructions.
It does
- Read every CV, even a photo of one
- Ask the job's questions in Arabic, Darija, French or English
- Rank against your criteria, with its reasons
- Flag duplicates and remind incomplete applications once
- Prepare the interview invitation and the reminder the day before, if the candidate agreed

Candidates know who they're talking to
On WhatsApp, from the first message, they learn who reads their application, why and for how long, and they agree or stop there. By e-mail, they receive a message as soon as their CV arrives, explaining everything, with a link to erase it all. At any time, the word DELETE erases everything.
You remain the data controller under Law 09-08; ABC IT SARL AU, which operates Nsahni, acts as processor under a written contract. We provide the template for your CNDP declaration.

Frequently asked questions
Does Nsahni decide for us?
No. It reads, ranks and explains. It never rejects anyone and sends no rejection. A person on your team always decides.
Does it look at photo, age or sex?
Never. The score only looks at the objective criteria you set: degree, experience, languages, city, availability, salary expectations. The CV photo is not sent to the AI, and its instructions say so in black and white.
What if it gets it wrong?
Every place on the podium is explained, and doubtful points are marked "check at interview". If the ranking doesn't suit you, adjust the job's grid and it re-ranks.
How long do you keep candidates' data?
Six months at most, then everything is deleted from our databases, logs included; server backups keep a copy for 56 days at most. A candidate can ask for deletion at any time by writing DELETE.
What about Law 09-08?
You are the data controller; ABC IT SARL AU, which operates Nsahni, is processor under a written contract. Every candidate is informed from the moment they apply: on WhatsApp they give consent first; by e-mail they immediately receive a message explaining the processing, with a link to erase everything. We provide the CNDP declaration template.
How do you read our mailbox?
Read-only, and only the recruitment inbox you choose. Nsahni sends nothing from your address. You can cut access at any time on your side.
Which languages?
Candidates can write in Arabic, Darija, French or English: Nsahni answers in their language. Your dashboard is in French, Arabic or English.
Can we stop whenever we want?
Yes, with no minimum term. When you stop, you get the export of your applications, then we delete everything.
